The property is located in the heart of JP downtown, flanked by Centre St on one side and the Pond on the other side. Bus 39 leaving from the end of the street takes you to Longwood, Brookline, Fenway ending in Backbay. The Orange line 10 mins away. Less than 5 mins walking to: -CVS -Organic grocery store called City Feed and Supply, -Chase and BOFA bank -Restaurants like Sweet Rice, Noodle Barn, Carrot Flower, JP licks, Casa Verde, JP Seafood, Espressurself, Cafe Nero among others.

Room: Its a decent size room as per Boston standards with its own bathroom. Has two proper closets with good storage space. Two windows and great ventilation. Common Areas: Living room, kitchen and a balcony that you are welcome to use.

I am a single female living in the house. Clean, tidy and work in a pharmaceutical company. I cook regularly and clean up after myself. Looking for someone decently tidy and potentially a vegetarian.
