I’m looking for a roommate to share my wonderful palace in the heart of the Mission on Capp and th St. Enjoy the best weather in SF with walking distance to everything. This amazing house features feet tall ceilings, a beautiful patio, backyard, ample everything, one full and ½ bathrooms and 3 bedrooms (one small). The first (open) floor includes the living room, dining room, kitchen, patio and ½ bathroom (with washer and dryer). The room to rent is gigantic ( feet) and faces west for beautiful sunrises over amazing 8 feet tall windows. Another smaller office-size room is to share as an office/guest room. The room has one big walk-in closet and another smaller one across the hall. Rent is $2K/month starting September 1st. This is to share with only one other person (me). Be mindful that this rate is a COVID rate and very susceptible to increase at some point to the original $K/month.

I’m a year old male scientist and entrepreneur working in biotech startups (from home for the moment). I am originally from Venezuela but left when I was to go to Belgium. After finishing my doctorate I came to the US, Boston, where I lived for over years. A deep love for the Bay Area brought me here. I am a chill person, quite detached from appearances and materialism and look for quality in most I do. I’m an avid surfer, yogi and cyclist.
