About the room
Furnished. Utilities included. ~400sqft private room + bath + closet. MUST follow CDC guidelines. Must be vaccinated. No smoking. Shared kitchen, living room, and so on is still under renovation but useable.
House under renovation. Rented room finished except for trim pieces. Shared areas (~1200 sqft) may contain varying levels of completion, but all appliances are installed and in working order. Contact for more details as to current state and pricing.
Price negotiable.
Gigabit internet with Gigabit (or better) ethernet.
Probably no pets, but a medium to extra large dog (15- 200lbs) that is properly trained and does not shed (Like a Terrier) might be ok. I don’t have a fence yet though so I would need to put one in and stuff.
About the roomies
Owner/landlord (aka me) is living on the property as is my BF. I am working on renovating my house. I like sleep and making things. I hate 3D printers but sometimes use them.
