About the room
We have one bedroom available in a gorgeous 4 bed/2 bath Whittier apartment (Minneapolis) that we need a roomie for starting March 1st, or possibly sooner if needed :) The room is $550/month, plus roughly $50-60 for utilities. You would be one of four total roommates, including myself (29 yo) and two other women (25 & 25 yo).
Our apartment is located just a block from the MIA, MCAD, and Eat Street. This is a two-floor unit separated by a gorgeous spiral staircase. The available room is on the first floor (hardwood flooring). The kitchen has granite countertops, as do both bathrooms. The shared downstairs bathroom also features a lovey clawfoot bathtub.
Amenities include a large balcony that we share with the unit across the hall, as well as a big dining room, bright sun room, and huge carpeted living room space on the second floor of the unit, which has a skylight. We get tons of natural light in our place. We also have in-unit laundry, and a parking lot behind the building in which a spot will be available for no extra charge.
