This is an adorable 3 bedroom house in Livermore with a backyard, garage, and laundry included. It’s in a great location near 84, grocery stores, and downtown. The neighborhood is friendly and safe. The room available has its own entrance through the garage. The third bedroom is also available for extra storage and use for working out, using as an office, etc. The room is pictured furnished, but will be empty.
