2 bed/1 bath. Water, snow removal, and lawn maintenance included in rent. Gas, electric, and Wi-Fi (if wanted) are split. Wi-Fi is $25 per person (can get rid of if you have unlimited data and want to hotspot your laptop/tv). Average utilities plus Wi-Fi the past year were $97/month (highest was $150 dead of winter and gas price increase, lowest was $75). I keep a spreadsheet and enter in the invoices each month to keep things transparent/fair. Stove, refrigerator, and other kitchen appliances already provided. Washer/dryer for the lower in a large basement. One side of basement is ours, other is the upper’s. Shared driveway with the upper resident (we have excellent communication for who needs to be out first especially in winter). In between Delaware and Elmwood, easy access to highway entrances, convenient location to lots of restaurants. Safe area (I’ve lived here for 2 years as a female and walk my dog at varying hours). Your bedroom would be unfurnished. Living room would be able to accommodate another sectional couch for seating as well as a desk/work space for you. I have a loveseat, coffee table, large tv, bookshelf, my desk, dog crate, and cat trees. Unfortunately, I cannot have any more animals added to the lease (unless it’s fish/a tank that can be in your room).

I work as a vet tech and work Monday through Friday, with some occasional emergency clinic shifts on the weekends. I am pursuing a specialty within the vet field and will be going to class online for the next 1-2 years. Much of my studying will be done outside the apartment. I have a cat and a Staffordshire Terrier/shelter mix dog. Both are very friendly. My current roommate is moving to Pennsylvania for a new job and I’m looking for someone to take over his half of the rent. I’m an ambivert, friendly, clean, responsible. I enjoy reading, volleyball, watching football and hockey, anime, and other nerd pop culture. I believe in open communication and transparency.
