Hello! :) My roommate and I have a spacious unfurnished master bedroom located on the second floor available. Includes private bathroom and walk in closet and balcony. Downstairs is the shared common areas (kitchen, living room, half bathroom). Must find your own parking on the street. Permit will be needed and we will pay for that. Dryer and washer included. Very quiet community. Proof of income required.
