About the room
Room for rent for a female ROOMMATE (I will still be living in the unit). The room is a spacious master bedroom with a private bathroom. The condo is a 2 bed, 2.5 bath in which I will be using the smaller bedroom.
The condo has: -In-unit washer/dryer -Central heating -Vinyl flooring in bedrooms -New appliances -Recently remodeled kitchen and bathrooms -2 patios -1 assigned parking space in a gated parking garage -Plenty of additional visitor parking
Condo location: -In the middle of Campbell -Walking distance to the Pruneyard -Close to 17 and 85 freeways -Close to San Jose airport
Additional information: -No smoking/vaping -Preferably vegetarian -Rent is $1750/month plus electricity and internet -Photos do not reflect the actual furniture in the condo
About the roomies
About me: I am a high school teacher who leaves for work early some days, but later on others. I am vegetarian and enjoy visiting family on weekends. I like socializing, but I do not have loud guests over often.
