The building is AMAZING and the location can’t be beat. You are literally 50 feet from Piedmont park and two blocks away from the Whole Foods on 14th. If you are approved, there would be an additional $500 dollar lease transfer fee that you will pay directly to me via Venmo. The total cost to transfer the lease is $1000 so I will be covering the other half.
