The apartment: Hi! I’ve lived in this wonderful apartment for three years. We’re five mins off the Nassau G stop, three minutes from McGolrick Park, ten from McCarren Park, and five from the new Greenpoint Public Library. The apartment has great natural light, free laundry in building, a dishwasher, and a wonderful finished roof, lots of plants. We are across the street from a bakery so everything smells like fresh bread in the evening/early morning. I’ve lived in the apartment for three years and Ellie for two, and we have a great relationship with building management.

THE ROOM: ~$1090 plus utilities, big closet and window with great golden hour light. It’s a small room with beautiful high ceilings and can be temporarily furnished if you want (as my roommate is moving to CA for a few months) or he might be able to sell you some of what’s in there long-term if you’re interested.

One of my roommates is leaving NYC and we’re looking for someone to join us on the lease in our amazing Greenpoint apartment starting October 1. You’d be living with me and my friend Ellie. Ellie is a Wesleyan ’17 alum, video editor, and cartoonist (for the New Yorker and other places), and I work in video production and run the North Brooklyn open streets program and work with other Greenpoint mutual aid programs.
