Rental Application Required Beautiful home in rural Escondido, surrounded by guava farms and neighbors to a Cal Fire Station. The sunset view is gorgeous! The property is gated, with plenty of parking and lots of space for outdoor lounging and BBQing. There is one 10X12 bedroom available for rent. Everyone in the house has their own private room, but the bathroom will be shared with 2 other tenants. Everyone in the home has access to all common areas, outdoor areas, storage, and kitchen. The property is a twenty-thirty minute drive from CSUSM and Palomar college. Message to request rental application!

There are currently 4 roommates. A hetro couple who occupy the master bedroom, and work during the day and return home in the evenings. There is a single male who works graveyard and is home during the days, and a single female who works full time and goes to school in the evenings. Since everyone does have early mornings we ask that Sun-Thurs are quite nights beginning at 10 pm, to respect everyone’s sleep schedule. We respect one another and never say no to extra company as long as they respect our home and honor quiet time after 10 pm. Currently between all housemates there are 2 dogs, and 2 cats on the property.
