This unfurnished room for rent is a part of a 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom home. The home is owned by me, a single Air Force officer (1Lt). The room is on the lower level of the bi-level home, which also includes a bathroom and family room. My room is on the top level, so the space is very private. There is an on-site washer and dryer for use; all areas of the house are shared except for the bedrooms. This property includes a fenced-in backyard and new appliances with a gas stove. The home is located within a couple of miles of a King Soopers, natural grocery store, library, recreation center, park, and golf course and is situated across from a great school. Public transportation is available directly outside of the home and travels to downtown Denver, the airport, etc. Rent does not include utility costs. Utilities will be split evenly amongst the individuals living in the house. Utilities include gas, water, electricity, and WiFi. Sorry, no pets or smoking. There will be no use of federally illegal substances allowed. Driveway parking is available for one tenant vehicle. 6-month lease reviewed at the end of the lease for possible extension.
