1k We have our own dogs and are not looking for another person to bring another dog with them. 1 cat, keep in your room unless, friendly and potty trained. Roommates will maintain a rotation of taking turns of cleaning the apartment for using the shared living space. Responsibility on paying rent on time, fee of $350 if late Must be okay with owners occasionally having friends and family over. You may as well, as long as they’re friendly and respectful.
