I would very much like to call my apartment a mansion, but since I’m open to having male or female roommates, I’d call it a “Human”sion. It is a 2B/2B. The room has a bed in it and the bathroom is right next to it. You will have access to kitchen, hall, empty space next to the kitchen, backyard and your room of course. Got a couch and a huge tv in the hall which you can watch. Subscription to Netflix, prime, hbo max and Hulu. Can also hook my gaming PC to the tv and play multiplayer games if you are into that. Also got couple of board games which could be of interest. The room has a bed in it. If you have your own I can move the current one out.

I have a cat, her name is Ladybug. Sweet and playful, requires sometime to warm up to you.

It’s a decent community with gym and a pool that is quite recently opened. Also got parking space if you have a car. Got a nice backyard if you want to have trees or do pottery. Walmart, Walgreens and few hangout spots in walkable distance.

The utilities include internet (att fiber 1Gbps) electricity, gas, pest control, sewage and trash which usually is around $100 (Will provide the bills). The washer and dryer are within the apt building. There’s a dedicated app in which you can select the washer and dryer and pay with your card, instead of struggling with quarters.

I am pretty chilled out guy with lots of humor and dad jokes. I work at pharmaceutical company as Validation Engineer which is close by. Since I don’t have the privilege of working from home, I’ll have to be at work all day. Will come home for a bit to have lunch in the afternoon. After work, I workout for a bit, get on my PC and play computer games or go hangout with my friends. I also cook delicious Indian food, but you can prefer to cook for yourself. Open to drinking and cigarettes. I do smoke sometimes, in the backyard.
