About the room
I’m moving out of my 2-bed 2-bath apartment to move in with a doggo–the apartment isn’t dog-friendly, so.
Total rent is $1375.
The apartment is in southern Cherry Creek neighborhood in Denver, and the lease is until July 31st, so a six-month deal!
I share the apartment with my roommate. He is a clean, cordial, and quiet graduate student. He has a kitty who is an emotional support animal. Pets aren’t technically allowed, so you’d need to 1) Be okay with cats, and 2) Not have any pets.
He is open to one or two people (sharing a room) moving in. I currently share a room with my partner who’ll be moving with me, and we split rent accordingly: Me: $435. Partner: $435. Roommate: $505. However, negotiations are open for rent, whether one or two people move in. Heat, water, trash are included. The only utilities we pay are electricity and internet, and those both amount to less than $70/month total.
The apartment is over 1,100 ft^2 with a fireplace, balcony, newly renovated kitchen/baths both with granite countertops, and nice views–it’s on the ninth floor. There are washing machines/dryers on every floor and they’re coin-operated.
The apartment is maintained really well. Common areas are regularly cleaned by staff; parking is free off-street, and you can opt to pay for covered/garage parking.
