Heights Boulevard

This is a beautiful apartment in a cute, smaller complex right in the center of the Heights. Super walkable, bikeable, and there’s a bus route just outside. Central A/C and heat, hardwood floors, and all that.

I’m a 24yo female small business owner, looking for a roommate since my previous roomie had to move out unexpectedly for medical reasons. I’m an artist, so the apartment is completely covered with art, and completely furnished except for your bedroom. You must be completely LGBTQ+ friendly, anti-racist, and all that jazz. There’s a bearded dragon (very chill) and cat here too who isn’t very friendly with other animals (but loves people!) so unfortunately you couldn’t bring a cat or dog of your own. I don’t mind if you smoke cigarettes, the balcony just outside is totally smoke friendly. Also, uh, 420 friendly strongly preferred.

I love love love this apartment and this neighborhood, and I really don’t want to lose it because of my ex-roommate’s sudden move out. It’s beautiful, the neighbors are friendly, and you can even fire up barbecues out in the courtyard if so inclined.
