This room is located within the Los Olivos apartment complex, it is close to the 405 freeway and it’s a 7 minute drive to the Irvine Spectrum Center. You would have your own bedroom and private bathroom. The bedroom is very spacious as well. The unit also has a washer and dryer and full kitchen where cabinet space and fridge space will be split. The complex has multiple pools, various recreation centers, and a market. Rent would be determined upon lease agreement. Good credit is a must as well as income 3x as much as rent. Utilities/Internet would be split equally each month.

My boyfriend (21) and I (23) share the second bedroom and bathroom. We are both super easy going and chill. I just graduated from Grand Canyon University and he is still in school here in Irvine. I currently work for Starbucks and he works at the PGA superstore. Our current roommate (who has the lease) is moving out of state and we would like to take over her lease with another person.
