TWO ROOMS AVAILABLE! The Rooms: $1200 per month PER ROOM in a 3 BR/2 BA single family home.

• Room #1: Unfurnished (9’ 6“ x 14’ 6“, or 138 ft. sq.) with hardwood floors, high ceilings, small closet, and window facing east looking onto yard that gets good morning sunlight.
• Room #2: Unfurnished (11’ 10“ x 12’ 6“, or 148 ft. sq.) with same features as rm #1, except it faces the street, the closet is a bit more spacious, and gets good afternoon sunlight. (Photo coming soon!)
• We split all the utilities three ways. I have Comcast cable TV and internet/wifi.
• Landlords require that you provide them a credit report, and you’ll have to have a brief interview with them before they can approve your move-in (mostly a formality).
• Amount you need for to move-in: $1000 deposit + $1200 1st mo. rent. One year lease.

The House (Cayuga Ave. at Onondaga)

• Nice, sunny, spacious 1920’s home with high ceilings, hardwood floors, living room, dining room, split bathroom
• Large eat-in kitchen
• Washer & dryer in garage
• Small yard
• 12-minute walk to Balboa Park BART station; close to several MUNI bus/rail lines.
• Easy access to Hwy. 280
• Garage accommodates two cars: mine and one other, but this can be negotiated
• NO PETS, sorry :(

Type of Household I’d Like

• No cigarette/tobacco smoking in the house.
• NO HARD DRUG-USE of any kind. Casual alcohol use ok.
• You are mature, quiet, respectful, financially stable, always clean up after yourself and share chores conscientiously.
• Age isn’t that important, but being quiet, mature, stable, and grounded IS. I’m in my forties, FYI.
• Ability to communicate openly and honestly about household or personal matters is key.
• Guy/girl/nonbinary all cool, any sexual orientation.
• We all make an effort to get along and create a nice, mellow vibe where we can have chats whenever, hang out once in a while, but be able to have our own lives. This should be calm oasis of peace.
• I’m currently temping as a receptionist at an architectural firm. I have a museum studies background, like archeology, and am interested in working in the non-profit world. My interests include reading, sci-fi/fantasy, scuba, hiking/camping. I’m a pretty mellow, no-drama liberal. We will probably not get along if you’re a 45 fan. My room is downstairs and I’m not in the main floor much except to cook and wash dishes, so you’ll practically have the place to yourself.
