About the room
Looking for a caring, fully COVID19 vaccinated, individual who would be a fun person to share an apartment as a friend. Currently, has state funding that can provide FREE rent, FREE internet and a own private room in return for someone being at the apartment from 10pm-7 a.m. for 6 nights a week on call for overnight emergencies (rare, he sleeps through the night). Education, teaching, nursing students/ professionals this may be perfect for you!
Kitchen and living room is shared and fully furnished/ supplied. Roommate will have own room, bathroom, and closet (furnishing negotiable).
There is also the opportunity for the live-in support to earn additional pay early morning or evenings at your schedule, starting rate is $20.
