About the room
About the neighborhood: Very safe and clean area. 10 minute walk from coffee shops, food, Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, and a park; 15 minute walk to Safeway. You can walk to the Haight Ashbury in about 20-30 minutes. Street parking is pretty easy to find.
About the apartment: Four bedrooms, living room, reading room with loft bed for guests, and a good amount of storage space in the back. The apartment has very high ceilings with large windows that let in lots of natural light, as well as a stained glass skylight in the entryway. New washer/dryer and refrigerator.
The available room is approximately 14x14’ with a lofted area that we’re happy to help you take out if you want. Our current roommate is in the process of packing their things, so the pictures don’t really do the space justice, but it is a really spacious room. Rent is $1300/mo plus utilities which usually run about $60 each (landlord pays water).
