Brand new condo in the Western Branch area. Room for rent includes en suite bathroom and walk in closet. Internet, water and partial power included. Power is included if the bill does not exceed 100$. Roomie will be responsible to split overage. Swing room is also pictured. This room could be potentially utilized as an office with permission from landlord. Couples are permissible but will be charged an additional 75$ a month. Plenty of parking and the complex has a pool. Washer and dryer access and large fridge. Maid service is included every other week. The service cleans the main floor and also each bathroom, in addition to vacuuming the room. Absolutely no animals.

Very clean and organized. Looking for a friendly responsible room mate. The household is very quiet in general although occasional get togethers are acceptable. Very covid-19 aware.
