About the room
Recently remodeled 3 bed, 3 bath house in fondren. Truly a great deal for such a premium set up. Room and bathroom are on far end away from master suite. All rooms in house are quite large. We have 2 cats and 1 dog. So no new pets allowed. Room is furnished and has big smart TV.
About the roomies
Married couple. One person is home allot. The other is not. We are quiet and don’t party. Prefer female as my wife is home a fair bit without me.
