About the room
The room available is in a house two minutes from Haywood/West Asheville. My current housemates have pets (one dog and one cat), so you will need to coordinate with them if you have any animals. The house is relatively new with all appliances (washer/dryer/dishwasher/microwave) and two bathrooms (one shared), no structural issues, and wonderful neighbors. LGBTQ+ friendly and very welcoming. Looking for responsible, 25+ folks to take over my room; it will be open October 1st. Cheers!
