Lucy's room

Renting out the 4th bedroom in my home. The bedroom is on the second floor. I live on a quiet street in a nice, family-oriented neighborhood. Amenities include access to the neighborhood pool. Utilities and internet included. I’m open to 3-6 month arrangement; longer if we get along:)

I have two children who are with me 1/2 time. When my children are home, please know they are early morning risers. When my children are not home, I’m also not home very much. I am away every other weekend and I work M-F, 730a-530p. I have a 16-year old cat who lives in the garage, but who does come in the house occasionally. Sorry, no additional pets, as he does not get along with other animals. Willing to reduce rent some if you are willing to help me feed my cat and pet fish on the weekends I’m away and/or during work trips away.
