I have one room available for immediate move in. It can come w some furnishings if you’d like or empty, there is carpet in the rooms only. Room can fit a queen/full size bed, perhaps a king but there’ll be a very reduced space with that size bed. The closet is a nice size! But if needed the home is big so I can provide plenty of space around the home and you’ll be sharing the bathroom.

**Rent is $1100 and a $500 refundable security deposit.

**You will have access to:

-High speed internet

-Water, sewer, electric, trash included in rent.

-TVs are set up with Hulu, Netflix, Amazon prime, Pantaya TV, Samsung TV, Apple music and spotify.

-2 livings, den area, backyard -Shared living space w plenty of room for you to decorate or setup your own furnishings.

-Backyard has a little fire pit

-Community pool/jacuzzi

-Laundry room where I have my own Samsung washer and dryer.

***I am renting this home and the lease will be up end of March 2022 so it will be a 5 month stay but willing to re sign the lease if it works out. 😊

The home itself is a 2 story home, 3 bed with 2.5 bathrooms, backyard, garage, community pool and w many stores in within walking distance and a very nice neighborhood to go out for runs! I have plenty of space in the garage you could use as storage and 2 livingrooms so I am willing to share and move around the living space. 😊

I am a 27 year old single mom of 2 kiddos, ages 7 and 2 they are good kids so a person with lots of patience is a must since kids will always be kids. They are well behaved, friendly and curious! Ofc I do discipline them and will be kept out of your room/space/things but you must like kids! Lol. I do have shared custody so they are here half the time and my mom will be looking after them or at daycare when I’m busy working.

I like gardening, reading, down to earth, easy going person, I go to church on Sundays and just got out of a DV relationship. So I want this space to be free of drama, no partying, no smoking or drinking in the home. I already had my partying days so I do understand one drink here and there, socially but not an everyday drinker. I have been sober for a while now so I would like to keep it that way and keep a safe and good environment for my kids which is what I most care about.

I work from home M-F 8AM to 5PM but soon it’ll change from 9AM to 6PM we don’t have a set date to return to office but eventually we will be returning. I am up early on most days and usually go for runs around the neighborhood, I like to eat “healthy” 🤭 and buy organic food.

I would like to rent the room to a single mom or any female of whatever age who is responsible, reliable and CLEAN, someone who will be paying their share of rent on time and just wants a safe living environment. Although I have 2 kids, my home is kept clean ofc there are lazy days and that’s totally understandable but picking up after ourselves is a must. I do leave messes here and there 😂 but I always clean at the end of the day! I’m pretty chill and friendly but mostly keep to myself.
