The space available to the right candidate is in its own section of this top floor penthouse apartment in Noe Valley. It has an adjacent sun room and its own bathroom. The suite is fully furnished. There is a great roof deck with amazing views and an awesome garden and a small roof gym.

We are a couple of 40 something professionals and we have a little bit too much space in our house and would be willing to share with the right person for fairly little money in return for being fun to be around yet discreet, willing to keep an eye the building as we are away most of the time, share in some household tasks around the building and apartment to keep a meticulous place, some gardening, some handyman fixes and painting, watching over things, etc. A responsible student would work or someone starting their career or just moving to SF or such might be a good fit. Healthy lifestyles preferred, and totally trustworthy, responsible is key as well as caring for the building. We are pretty serious about keeping the building and apartment in top shape since we have been upgrading incessantly for the past 10 years+. Nowadays, we are only around 3-4 days a week (my husband rarely stays in the city and mostly works from our Sonoma country house) when not travelling and mostly wish for someone to keep an eye on the place when we are away and help a tiny bit with some maintenance or house tasks 3 or 4 hours a week. It is not intended to be a short term arrangement so no short term inquiries please. We are in no hurry to find the right housemate since we are mostly doing this to help out if it’s a really good fit.
