Tiffaney's room

I live in a beautiful community in DC Ranch. I’m on the bottom floor with vaulted ceilings and NO upstairs neighbors! It’s a split floor plan, with the shared area in between the two rooms.

I’m a 43 year old woman. I spend most of my time at work or doing homework as I work full time and go to school. I have two cats and a small dog. My roommate would not be responsible for care of the animals. Although we don’t have to be friends, it would be nice to have a cordial relationship with the person I’m sharing my home with.
