Quiet neighborhood near Dodger’s Stadium and Chinatown. Beautiful view from the bedroom and kitchen of downtown LA. Washer and Dryer in the unit and a well designed kitchen. Room is furnished!
The townhome has two ensuite masters so no sharing bathrooms and there’s a half bath for guests. The townhome is 1550 sq feet. There is a common area with BBQ.
Street parking. Very close to several major freeways and minutes away from Echo Park/Silverlake, Downtown and Highland Park.
About the roomies
I work in the film/tv industry, and commute to Hollywood. I love boardgames and so it’s a huge plus if you like games!
It has to be a pet free/smoke free/no shoes indoors as I have allergies. I love LA and after living in Asia for many years I’m excited to rediscover what it has to offer.
