Tenants will have access to all amenities on premises including bbq, pit barrel smoker, and above ground jacuzzi. Access to Apple TV, Hulu, Netflix, HBO Max, Prime, and standard cable are included. Many shops close by such as Target, Walmart, Sprouts, Ralphs, Ross, Regal Movie Theater, and CVS as well as many restaurants such as Chipotle, McDonalds, Sushi, AYCE Korean BBQ, breweries, etc. Drive about 15 minutes to downtown Oceanside, 20-25 min to downtown Carlsbad.
