Private unfurnished room with private detached bath. Large furnished common areas. Full access to kitchen and living room. Extra storage in garage, if needed. Street parking almost always available. Free full access to washer and dryer. Guests allowed so long as they don’t move in, prefer to have as much notice as possible if guests come over. Price includes all utilities, internet and monthly maid for common areas and bathrooms. Pictures to be posted once room is vacant. Sorry but no dogs or cats are allowed. Any gender is welcome, but no couples, please.
