Andrew's room

Located in the heart of DTA, this unfurnished 30x15sq. Ft master bedroom will be available End of September/Oct 1st. Rent is $1000 with a deposit of $1000. Couples may be considered but will cover a larger portion of utilities. If single person, utilities will be split 4 ways. Room has A/C, plenty of lighting and hardwood floors. Built in dresser and high ceilings that keep the house cool during the summer. Shared bathroom with one other tenant and 24/7 kitchen access.

WE REQUIRE ALL TENANTS TO BE FULLY EMPLOYED. IF YOU ARE COLLECTING EDD, PLEASE DON’T BOTHER RESPONDING.

WE require all tenants to clean up after themselves and practice common courtesy in the house. Rent amount is non negotiable

Minimum stay 3 months

Small dog Ok. (no your husky puppy is not considered small)

Three males including myself. All respectful and we keep to ourselves mostly. We have dogs but they stay in their rooms. We are absolute clean freaks please be in that realm.
