Nice newer house in an area with mostly 55 and older quiet types. Read that again. Oh, I’m a spry well-dressed 65 yo. 😀 But housemates here have been 27yo (tatoo artist,) 28yo (engineer,) 50yo army captain –all great people!

Well decorated and furnished with a porch and a deck; it’s off woodhaven /95 and near a mall with: acme, Home Depot, TJMaxx, crunch gym, amc theatres, Chinese and pizza joints, pet shop, dollar store, cleaners, hair cuttery, bank. Not far from R7 train and right by 95. Availability date is uncertain. Im allergic to cigarettes and to rudeness and to loud volumes. . Ha . And you can’t be allergic to catsssssssssssssssss.I have a few but no more pets are permitted by the development. And no children are permitted to live here. I’m cool with most ages but being chill, mature, and honest are a must. PS: the move in date is likely but not definite at the moment
