I’m a GSU grad student in a two bedroom apartment looking for someone to rent out my living room for $300/mo, utilities included. It is furnished with a twin bed and desk. Keep in mind that this is an OPEN LIVING ROOM, not a bedroom with four walls and a door. So you will not have complete privacy. Also you can’t bring much stuff or any furniture as your space will be limited. The room has a very comfortable bed. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished and newly renovated. There is a balcony and a washer and dryer set right in the apartment so you can do your laundry any time you’d like. The apartment is a 15 minute walk from Lindbergh Center Station, so it’s very easy to get to and from Georgia State, Georgia Tech, Buckhead, Midtown, or downtown on Marta. The same with driving; both the GA-400 and the I-85 entry/exit ramps are both less than one min drive so it’s convenient for drivers as well.
In addition to being right by Marta and two highways, the apartment complex is surrounded by five large shopping centers so shopping, dining, etc are convenient to get to as well. I cannot hold the room for anyone. The way to secure this room is by being the first one to pay for it. You won’t have to sign any lease or sublease but I will need the FIRST AND LAST TWO month’s rent up front. (I have to do this to make sure I get 30 days notice to vacate.) And a $100 security deposit. Must be lgbt friendly.

My roommate and I don’t smoke and sometimes cook together in the kitchen. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with him.
