Jordan is looking for someone to take over the rest of her lease at the District in Scottsdale, AZ. Whoever takes over the lease DOES NOT have to pay a move in fee, security deposit, and or a application fee. This is a luxury apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The rent includes utilities and is split. Jordan has the master bedroom so she does a bit more for rent that sums u to be around $1,400.
