The Room: An East facing room with plenty of natural light. Full size bed, reading chair, new carpet, and large closet. Furniture can be removed on request.

The House: A 1960’s bungalow I’m refreshing. Open plan living and dining with updated kitchen, piano, cozy sofa, and full bookshelves. Shared bathroom with step-in shower. Driveway parking. There will be occasional projects, but your schedule and needs will be considered when scheduling.

The Area: Located just up the road from Arkansas Audubon Society (beautiful little trail with great sunset views and picnic spots). Minutes away from SoMa and the entire Downtown district.

I’m a librarian and I live up to the stereotype. When I’m not at work or in class, I’m playing with my calico cat Bluebelle (she’s chill, you’ll love her!) or enjoying a show or hobby. I have lovely plans for my home, and I’m looking to rent my extra room to make these plans possible.

The neighborhood is relatively quiet with several multigenerational homes, and located near the Audubon Society wildlife preserve.

As this is a shared space, I have a tenancy agreement with full details for anyone who wants to read over it. There’s room for discussion on the terms.
