Private Room, Bath, and Loft. Month 2 Month. This is a 1600+sqft property in a great area in South-Central Austin. I am looking for a roommate to rent essentially the entire upstairs of my house. Private bedroom, bathroom, and loft. The house is fully furnished except for your section of the house, if you have living room furniture, the loft is fairly big and can be used for an office and also game room. House has a nice private backyard that boarders a quiet and wooded area. It is close to several coffee shops and shopping areas and is about 10-15 from downtown. House has Google Fiber and upstair and downstairs AC units with separate controls.

In the house it is just me and my pets. I am a 27 year old professional guy who is pretty laid back and easy going. I work from home Tuesdays and Thursdays and am in the office MWF. I am a bit of a night owl and usually get to bed anywhere from 11:30pm to 2am but I am usually quiet and respectful after 11pm. Along with my main job in marketing, I also am a photographer on the side. The person I am looking for needs to be an animal lover, someone who loves dogs and is comfortable with reptiles. I also like to play video games, mostly Nintendo Switch (super smash bros, BOTW, mario kart, etc.) as well as board games.
