Hi we got this house in an auction and it’s in a shape that needs some work but not much we are moving to Kettering so we are looking for someone to stay here and help clean it, $700 moves you in and depending on how well you cleaned the rent can go down next month. I work full time so I don’t have the time to do so. 3 bedrooms 1 bath

It would just be you and your family if you want the whole house, we are open to renting rooms for cheaper rent
