East Florida Avenue

This is a beautiful 3 story town home! We have Laundry in unit (laundry room), a pool, one car garage, full kitchen (including a kitchen table), furnished patio (with a grill), fireplace, and furnished living room including couches, TV, and coffee table. The house is located near lots of restaurants, a shopping center, and five minutes away from the highway with a park right across the street! (perfect if you have a dog) About 15 minutes away from downtown. Your room will be on it’s own floor, with your own half bath and shared shower with one other roomie. You’ll be on the first floor, so there will be one floor (kitchen, living room) separating you from other roomies.

You’ll have 3 roomies. One couple, one single. We also own two extremely well trained dogs; one medium sized one small. We are drama free, 420 friendly and laid back. We all work during the day, and are usually home in the evening. We are active and like to be outside quite a bit. We keep to ourselves for the most part, but love to hang out occasionally and watch movies/socialize together. We all have friends over every now and then, and you are welcome to as well. You are also welcome to use our TV and anything else in the shared parts of the house. We will talk about everything else during an interview. (Only requirement) Two of the Three roommates are extremely allergic to cats, so if you come into contact with cats we would prefer not to have you We look forward to meeting you!
