It’s part of a small apartment complex but my unit is separate from the rest, it’s a great freestanding small 2 bedroom modern house with vaulted ceilings, a garage, private driveway, and small private yard in which I built a deck and installed a fountain and fire pit. Your room comes with your own private bathroom, a parking spot in the driveway, and storage space in the garage. There is a private washer and dryer as well. $150 total for all utilities including WiFi. Overnight guests no more than like 2x a week

I live here alone as my ex and I split a few months ago. I have a Shepard mix and she is extremely well behaved. I’m a full time student and work at a local resort so I’m pretty busy. I keep the place picked up and clean and am very respectful when it comes to noise and music- I think those are non-negotiable when it comes to you as well. I don’t smoke cigarettes, but you can smoke outside if you want.
