The house sits atop a quiet mountain in a nice neighborhood. It is a one story home with a full finished basement. The room I’m wanting to rent is downstairs with private bathroom. We will have to share the kitchen and laundry room which is located upstairs but the downstairs does have its own entrance so lots of privacy.

I am a young at heart 60 year old female. I am a retired school teacher. I had to retire years ago due to an injury. I’m a big animal lover. I have a nice house and am looking for someone who needs a quiet place to stay. I’m very laid back and get along with everyone. I have a best friend who lives in a separate house on the property.
