Furnished master bedroom, great view of the courtyard and screened in back porch. Lots of natural light. High speed internet included in rent. Great roommate, works the majority of the day and goes to school at FAU. Very respectable guy. I have to leave due to family problems and am moving back up North. Waterford bay is a great place to live and has a gym, pool and a great community. You won’t find a better priced apartment.

Quite and respectable college student. He works full time and goes to school full time so he’s usually not around.
