Very nice 3br 2b house in Newberry Fl with a pool and hot tub, with a room for rent with your own bathroom. You will pretty much have your own side of the house.

Im looking for preferably a female (i tried a male and he was a complete slob) to rent a room you have your own bathroom, pool and hot tub access. First month rent up front non refundable and if you like to drink a few and up beat fun person that’s a plus. I’m willing to allow pets for the right person.
