Hi there! I have a room open in a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath duplex west of I-5. It has an ocean view and a fenced-in yard. There is plenty of parking at and around the unit. It is walking distance to San Elijio State Beach and Cardiff Village. This side of duplex is 1000sqft and two stories; the bedrooms and full bath are downstairs and the kitchen, living room, and half bath are upstairs. There is a washer and dryer in the garage. The house is freshly painted and has been deep cleaned. The kitchen and living room are furnished.
