Room for rent in 3 bd, 2.5 ba in Pacific Beach. Walking distance to bars, Trader Joes and many other places. I am a female and my other housemate is male. You would have your own room and share a bathroom with my housemate. Shared balcony. Street parking only.

I am a law student who studies a lot everyday at home except past 8 pm. My housemate works long hours but is home at night. We are looking for someone who is financially responsible, clean, and respectful. We don’t usually bring the party home, only on occasion.

A little about me: I love to play videogames, go to the gym, watch football, hang out with friends, go hiking and go snowboarding A little about my roommate: He enjoys working out, being outdoors, and surfing

No pets and no smoking inside.
