Belvedere Park

The condos are pretty quiet and super friendly neighbors but people really stay to them selves. There is a gym room a pool and a dog park as well. Walmart is next door literally and in a great area with a quick jump onto the highway. Second floor unit with balcony washer and dryer in unit private room with bath.

I am a 20 year old hard working college student. I work roughly 60 hours a week. I am very 420 friendly . I tend to stay to myself but can be friendly. I do have a family dog who is 7 years old her name is Bailey she lives here as well. I respect others space and property and I expect you to do the same. My sister is moving out in nov and I’m looking for someone to take over her year lease.
