Ryan's room

Nice room, hardwood floors. Shared, but nice bathroom with large closet in the bathroom. Access to pool/hot tub area included. Washer/Dryer in home. Full kitchen access. Plenty of cabinet shelf space. Utilities are included in flat fee - high speed internet, electricity, gas, pest control.

Currently it is myself and one other roommate. He works for a local agriculture company. I work from my home office and am working pretty much all the time. We are both friendly but you really won’t even see us that often, really only when cooking. Otherwise we’re either not home or in our rooms. So, it’s not really a social house, but we are friendly, clean, quiet, and professional.
