Very nice bottom floor apartment. Two bedrooms, two bath, with laundry, large kitchen and living space. All tile floors, bedrooms have laminate. Bathrooms have a combo bath and shower.

I’m 53 year old female. I’m the manager of the apartment complex I live in. I recently lost my mother, and I’m finding it very quiet! It’s a small property with only 24 apartments. Unfortunately there is no pool or amenities. But we are very close to the Laughlin Bridge and activities. Would be open to other arrangements where a permanent address is needed.
