Bo's room

In the heart of Valencia suburbia. 2 minutes from the freeway, 2 minutes to the market, 2 minutes to CoC or CalArts, 5 minutes to the mall, 30 seconds to the hospital. Friendly neighborhood, full of paseos, parks, and close to the bike path. The room itself comes with a bedframe + mattress, internet. House has a washer/dryer, and you get a parking spot until my dad returns home from work (months away). (Television in pictures not working, using room as storage until suitable roommate).
