I am looking for someone to fill the top floor of a wonderful 2 bedroom loft in Mission Bay (5 min walk to King St. Caltrain, 12 min drive to the airport). 🏠 You will have the entire top floor, which includes a large bedroom (recessed lighting, panel door), huge closet, foyer, and full bathroom (only thing shared is the shower). The unit is a beautifully designed 2 BD, 1.5 BA loft with 2 private rooms (I’m in the downstairs one). Common space is an open floor plan that includes a full kitchen with modern appliances (stove/oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave) and living room. 💲 Rent is $1,850 per month (month-to-month lease). Move in available anytime from Sept 13th - Oct 1st. Other monthly expenses: ~$20-30 PG&E. $35 wifi. Security deposit = 1 month of rent required at move in. 👩🏽🐈 You’ll be sharing the space with myself and the sweetest cat in the world (Kya), who is very friendly and loves to cuddle! I’m mid 20s, she/her, working in HR. I am WFH throughout 2021 and anticipate moving to a hybrid model in 2022. I am clean, thoughtful, and social (but appreciate doing things and spending time alone). I value honesty and timely communication, and I strive to make those around me feel comfortable. I love cooking, reading, working out, learning new things, and exploring new/revisiting new places with those I love! I am looking for someone who is happy to share in maintaining/cleaning this awesome space, is conscious of noise during the work week, and expects the same from me. If you’re looking for a chill, open environment where you can relax, unwind, and also have fun I would love to learn more about you!
