Very cozy home in a (mostly) quiet neighborhood (kids tend to play outside in warm weather which can sometimes be a bit noisy). Private room is furnished with a queen bed and a plush mattress. Renter is welcome to add additional furniture to the room to make it your own. One private bathroom also included. Spacious living room and remodeled kitchen. Neighbors are nice and neighborhood is very close knit and with many families.

I’m a 37 year old woman who works 9-5 in the office 3 days a week and works from home 2 days a week. On weekends sometimes I stay at home and sometimes I stay with family. I work in DC for the department of health. Looking for a clean and responsible roommate preferably someone who will need the space temporarily over a 3 to 5 month period. Lived in NYC for 8 years so very comfortable with roommates.
